Program description

The TVE Baking and Pastries Program consists of all the basic and fundamental skills necessary for the students to become distinguished pastry chefs in the industry. This program aims to help the students easily adapt to the present demands of the field by exposing them to the essential hands-on skills and allowing them to deepen their knowledge on the subject matter. This program is held twice a week for 6 months!

Blended learning approach

Lectures are done online; whereas, hands-on kitchen class are done in limited face to face
